Apps for PC and phone

The app is available for Windows, Linux and Android – macOS and iPhone/iPad will follow. The apps connect to your instance; without an account on an instance there is nothing to do with them.

How it works

  1. Install: download the file for your system and open it. On Windows and Android the system warns because the app does not come from a store – the hint below the download shows where to confirm.
  2. Connect: on first start the app asks for your instance's address (e.g. https://your-company.app.itsdcloud.com). In your instance in the browser, under "Apps for PC and phone", you find the address to copy, a QR code for the phone app and "Open in the desktop app".
  3. Sign in: with the same account as in the browser. The app stays signed in afterwards.
  4. Updates: the desktop app updates itself. The Android app you update by hand – download the new APK here and install it over the old one; sign-in and data stay.
